In 2007 – 2008 SHANECO GROUP developed the projects for Nestle Kuban LLC on inventory of emission sources and maximum permissible emissions into atmosphere

• Assessment of the current situation at Nestle Kuban plant
  • Research of specialities of layout plan of the area
  • Analysis of the documentation containing the information on the Plant's impact on ambient air
  • Analysis of the data of check measurements of air emissions performed during inspections of the Plant by state oversight and control agencies
  • Assessment of compliance of factual parameters of Nestle Kuban Plant with the established Maximum Permissible Emission (MPE) standards for the Plant that are part of the Emission Approval
  • Assessment of compliance of factual parameters of the Plant with general standard requirements on maximum permissible air emissions
  • Analysis of significant aspects of the Plant's impact on ambient air.
• Working out recommendations on further development of air protection documentation and emission standards approval

Based on the updates on the emissions’ content, with correct estimated data, emission sources parameters were adjusted. The new MPE Project has been successfully approved by regulatory bodies; the Plant operates in accordance with air protection requirements; all organizational and technical measures have been taken. Today, SHANECO provides consultancy support to the Plant regarding the matters of ambient air protection.
